Yes. We are licenced by the public carriage office as a Private Hire operator by Transport for London. Our Operator number is 008631  – You can go to the Transport For London website and check our number. You can also do this with each driver that we use for bookings. As governed by Transport for London we have to be a licensed operator and that requires Public Liability insurance as well as individual passenger and car insurance for each vehicle we operate.

Yes. We are a UK VAT registered company under Registration No: 191600718

Every one of our cars is no more than 4 years old which means they each have been put through and meet the very latest vehicle industry safety standard requirements.  And because our cars are top-of-the-range, you can be sure you are travelling in one of the safest cars on the road today.

Yes. We only require 2 hours notice for bookings within London. Please note vehicle are subject to availability.

Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

Yes. Prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, if there are any additional drop-offs, pick-ups or diversions there will be additional charges.

You can pay online, via bank transfer, or by e-Invoice via 3D secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards including Amex at no extra cost.

Unfortunately not. We require all bookings to be paid for in advance.

We will always track your flights and enter the terminal accordingly after the landing time. If your flight is delayed by 30-45 mins, no charges will apply. If your flight is seriously delayed (i.e. over 1 hour or two) then waiting time charges will apply because the chauffeur is restricted to do another assignment nor would be cost-effective for the company to send another chauffeur for a later landing. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, full charges will apply.

Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we’d be happy to provide one child seat per vehicle free of charge. Additional child seats are charged £30 + VAT per seat.

Absolutely! You will be sent the drivers details the evening before or 2 hours prior schedule. Our chauffeur(s) will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up point.

Chauffeur(s) will track all flights and will wait for you in the arrival hall (after baggage claim) with a name board.

No. We operate a strict no eating or smoking (including e-cigarettes)  policy in all our vehicles.

Yes. We ensure the highest standard of maintenance on every car inside and out. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each journey.

Our chauffeur base is in Mayfair W1K area. We offer up to 5 miles radius free pick up from our base subject to your travel requirements.
