All other journeys include 15 mins complimentary waiting time. We will guarantee vehicle category chosen by you but not the make or colour of the vehicle. Any route diversions or stops on the way to your destination will be charged at cost. Single journeys within central London (excluding airport transfers) are subject of 2 hours free cancellation or amendment policy. Airport transfers and hourly hire service within London are subject to strictly 12 hours free cancellation or amendment policy. All bookings scheduled from or out of London are subject to strictly 24 hours cancellation or amendment policy. All bookings scheduled between 22:00pm - 05:00am are subject to 50% additional charge from the given price.
