How to make an online reservation?

Step 1. Begin by choosing your service type, then enter the travel date and pick-up time. Enter full pick-up and drop-off addresses, including the postcode (for example: 10 Hill Street, London, W1J 5NQ, hotel name, or airport).

Step 2. Select the vehicle type that best suits your journey, based on how many passengers are travelling and how much luggage you'll have with you.

Step 3. Create an account to manage your bookings, enquiries, and payments, or continue as a guest booking. If you need a return journey, just enable the return option and fill in the details. Check that all the details are correct, choose your payment method, and process the payment.

Once you submit your booking, you'll receive an automatic email confirming we've received your request. Our team will then check the journey details and ensure that the pricing is correct, and once approved, we'll send you a full confirmation with the final price.

Choose either the airport pick-up or drop-off option and enter your travel date and time. Enter the relevant airport code (e.g., LHR for Heathrow, LGW for Gatwick), along with your passenger and luggage details, then select your vehicle preference.

For arrivals, please include the flight number so we can track it and meet and greet you at the right terminal. Should you have any additional requirements, please enter them in the notes field.

For departures, provide the flight number and airline so we can plan the most appropriate departure time. If a return transfer is required, activate the return option and complete the relevant journey details.

Choose the "by the hour" service type and enter your travel date and pick-up time. Provide your pick-up address, any intermediate stops you'd like to include, and a final drop-off address if it differs from where you started. Then select the required number of hours.

Please note that a minimum 4 hours hire applies for luxury vehicles and 5 hours for prestige, which includes 10 miles allowance per hour, calculated from base-to-base, W1K area.

For services outside London, the best way is to contact the office. Just email info@egchauffeurs.com with your travel date, times, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any specific requirements. We'll check availability and get back to you with a tailored quotation.

Select the round-trip option from the drop-down menu and enter your outbound travel date, time, and full pick-up and destination addresses. Add your passenger and luggage information, then choose your preferred vehicle type. Log in or continue as a guest, then you will be prompted to enter the return journey details.

Yes, absolutely. Airport pick-ups include flight tracking, meet-and-greet at the arrivals hall, and 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing. After the complimentary waiting time, waiting and car park charges will apply in 15-minute increments, charged at the hourly rate for each vehicle type.

In the event of a flight cancellation, full journey charges will apply, and any compensation should be sought from your airline or travel insurance provider.

We always do our best to accommodate last-minute and same-day requests, subject to availability, and we have accommodated bookings with 1 hour's notice. That said, we always recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and avoid any uncertainty.

When completing your journey details, click the "+" button to add a child seat and select the appropriate type for your child. Please add this during the booking process to ensure availability.

One child seat is included free of charge, whether that's an infant seat or a booster. If you need more than one, additional seats are available at an extra cost.

Absolutely. You can add any special requirements in the additional notes field during the booking process, or reach out to our team directly by phone or email. We are always happy to help and do our best to accommodate it.

Once your booking is received, our team will review the details and place a pre-authorisation on your card. The charge will only be processed once the booking has been reviewed and fully confirmed.
