Meet and Greet service is provided for all inbound flights at the arrival hall. Chauffeur(s) will track all flights and wait for you in the arrival hall (after baggage claim) with a name board. Meet-and-greet service includes 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time and £8.50 car park; thereafter, waiting time and car park charges may apply.
Absolutely! You will be emailed full chauffeur and vehicle details the evening before or 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Our chauffeur(s) will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up location. Please note that you can only contact our chauffeur(s) the day of travel. Under our T & C’s, all new bookings must be through the office to comply with local laws and regulations.
Yes. Please tell us the children’s ages, and we’d be happy to provide one child seat per vehicle free of charge. Additional child or booster seats are charged £36.00, including VAT per seat.
We will always track your flights and enter the terminal accordingly after the landing time. No charges will apply if your flight is delayed by 30-45 minutes. If your flight is seriously delayed (i.e., over 1 hour or two), waiting time charges will apply because the chauffeur is restricted from doing another assignment, and it would not be cost-effective for the company to send another chauffeur for a later landing. If the airline cancels your flight, you will be charged full fees. If you have one, you should ask for compensation from the airline or your travel insurance.

Yes, we are licensed and regulated by the Public Carriage Office as a Private Hire Operator by Transport for London. Our Operator number is 008631 under EG Chauffeurs Limited. You can verify our license at the Transport for London website. You can also verify each driver we use for bookings, or any other company.

Yes. Prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, additional drop-offs, pick-ups, car parks or route diversions will incur additional charges.
You can pay online, via bank transfer, or by e-invoice via 3D secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Amex, at no extra cost.
Unfortunately not. We require all bookings to be paid for in advance and handled by our office.
No! We operate a strict no-eating and no-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes) in all our vehicles.
Yes. We ensure the highest standard of maintenance on every car, inside and out. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each journey.

Our chauffeur base is in Mayfair W1K area. Prices are usually calculated from base to base, which is Hyde Park Corner or the W1K area. We also offer up to a 5-mile radius of free pick-up from our base, subject to your travel requirements (e.g. for full-day hire or long trips).
